How to categorize blogs on blogger?

Can someone tell me how to categorize blogs on blogger. I do not all want all of my blogs to be just listed in single heirarchical view I cannot find any settings in blogger also. A little bit of Googling needs to be done. I saw that there are some hacks for that. But wait shouldn't Blogger provide it?

Hello World

Being a computer science engineer, I guess I need to begin my blog with a "Hello World" program. Since C is my mother tongue let me write this,

printf("Hello World");
}

Ok I hope this marks a new beginning in blogging for me(Oh yeah let me confess, this is not my first blog, I wrote twice before this and could never continue).
